Awesome place & awesome owner/instructor (Jessie)! She was super fun and upbeat before, during, and after the class (Cardio Funk). My group visited from out of town and were there for a bachelorette party & she helped me get our group all set up and made our bride feel really special. It was a great workout and not intimidating for us non-dancers. Wish there was a studio like this here I live! Highly recommend this place.

If I could I would give this place a 20 star review! I have been looking for a place where I can dance and work out to some hip hop for many many months and I'm happy to say that I finally found it. I decided to give this place a try after I saw a promotion on Groupon, and the day I purchased their coupon, I went straight to the studio to get my groove on. Sign-up process was super simple and in less than 10 minutes I was on the dance floor.
I have been now going to this studio for a little bit over a month and I couldn't be happier that I found it! All the classes I have taken so far have been perfect, and I get the best workout ever! All the people in the studio and the teachers are super friendly and knowledgeable, Not to mention they all are kick ass dancers.

I seriously can not say enough positive/amazing things about this studio. Funk&Flow is for EVERYBODY from EVERYWHERE! It's a safe place to come to just let go of all the daily stress and worries and to just let all the positive energy flow! I used to have the wrong impression about Yoga until I experienced Funk&Flow.

This place changed my perspective completely! I had experienced yoga in the past in a gym environment. It wasn't the greatest feeling to be in a big space with tons of people, outside noises, and sweaty smells...

I came to Funk&Flow during a Yelp event and I got hooked. It was a beautiful experience since the beginning. The place is nice and cozy. Beautifully decorated with pieces of art, touches of wood and you just breathe a sense of freedom as you come in. The teachers are so nice and welcoming. They make you feel part of the family since day one.

This place is a true gem. What a beautiful contribution to our community here in Fort Lauderdale. I don’t ever remember feeling a part of a dance studio before. These girls are real human beings who are just doing what they love and are kind enough to let us be a part of it. I have only done the cardio funk and hip hop classes so far. The number one thing I like about it that they are SO MUCH FUN! And second of all, I am drenched in sweat at the end of each class. I have never used so much energy at any other sport (including CrossFit).

If you are looking for a fun place to just get your groove on, make some friends, learn some moves you want to show off on the dance floor AND get in shape, look no further. I feel incredibly lucky to have come across this place

The vibe at Funk&Flow is absolutely fabulous. Both Jessi and Ashley are such amazing Yoga instructors. I come out of their classes feeling energized and relaxed. You can find a yoga studio in almost every neighborhood these days - but not one like this!! Jessi & Ashley's hearts shine so bright every time they teach! You can't help but feed off of their loving energy! They offer a variety of classes that merge fitness and fun. They challenge you to open your heart, mind, and body to the magic of movement. YINspired is my favorite class and is PERFECT for grounding yourself on a busy South FL day. Their teachers are new and excited and ready to share all the magic!!
